Article 1 (Applicable Scope)
  1. The accommodation contract and related contracts concluded between our hotel and the guest shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established customs.
  2. If our hotel agrees to a special contract (including matters related to accommodation charges, penalties, and indemnities displayed at the time of reservation through the reservation site) within the scope not contrary to laws and customs, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 (Applying for Accommodation Contracts)
  1. 1. Guest/s who intend to apply for an accommodation contract with our hotel (including applications through reservation sites) must provide the following information to our hotel:
    • Name
    • Accommodation date and expected arrival time
    • Contact information
    • Other matters deemed necessary by our hotel
  2. If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the accommodation date specified in the preceding paragraph during their stay, our hotel shall treat it as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time of the request.
Article 3 (Establishment of Accommodation Contracts, etc.)
  1. The accommodation contract shall be established when our hotel accepts the application in the preceding article.
  2. When the accommodation contract is established under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest shall pay the accommodation fee related to the accommodation contract by the date designated by our hotel (including the time of arrival at our hotel, hereinafter the same).
  3. If the guest does not pay the accommodation fee by the date designated by our hotel in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its effect.
Article 4 (Refusal of Accommodation Contracts)
  1. Our hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
    • When the application for accommodation is not based on these Terms and Conditions.
    • When there are no available rooms due to full occupancy.
    • When the person intending to stay is deemed likely to engage in acts contrary to the provisions of laws, public order, or good morals in relation to the accommodation.
    • When the person intending to stay is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c):
      • An organized crime group (hereinafter referred to as a “gang”) as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991), a gang member as defined in item 6 of the same paragraph, a quasi-member of a gang or a gang-related person or other antisocial forces
      • A person belonging to a corporation or other organization controlled by a gang or a gang member
      • A corporation with a gang member among its officers
    • When the person intending to stay engages in behavior that causes inconvenience to other guests.
    • When the person intending to stay is clearly found to be suffering from a contagious disease.
    • When violent demands are made concerning the accommodation or demands that exceed a reasonable scope are made.
    • When it is not possible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
    • When the person intending to stay is intoxicated, etc., and is likely to cause inconvenience to other guests, or when the person intending to stay engages in behavior that causes inconvenience to other guests or our hotel employees.
    • When the person intending to stay is clearly physically or psychologically infirm.
    • When the person intending to stay is a minor and does not have their guardian’s permission.
    • When the application for accommodation is made for the purpose of transferring the right to stay to another person.
    • When an application for accommodation is made without the intention of actually staying.
    • When the person intending to stay falls under any other case where accommodation may be refused under the provisions of laws, regulations, or ordinances.
Article 5 (Guest’s Right to Cancel Contract)
  1. The guest may cancel their accommodation contract by notifying our hotel.
  2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest, or if the accommodation contract loses its effect pursuant to Article 3, Paragraph 3, our hotel shall charge a penalty as set forth in Appendix 2.
  3. If the guest does not arrive by the expected arrival time on the accommodation date without contacting us, our hotel may treat the accommodation contract as having been cancelled by the guest.
Article 6 (Our Hotel’s Right to Cancel Contract)
  1. 1. Our hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:
    • When the guest is deemed likely to engage in acts contrary to the provisions of laws, public order, or good morals in relation to the accommodation, or when it is recognized that the guest has engaged in such acts.
    • When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c):
      • A gang, a gang member, a quasi-member of a gang, or a gang-related person or other antisocial forces
      • A person belonging to a corporation or other organization controlled by a gang or a gang member
      • A corporation with a gang member among its officers
    • When the guest engages in behavior that causes inconvenience to other guests.
    • When the guest is clearly found to be suffering from a contagious disease.
    • When violent demands are made concerning the accommodation or demands that exceed a reasonable scope are made.
    • When it is not possible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
    • When the guest does not comply with prohibited acts stipulated in the usage rules set by our hotel (limited to those necessary for fire prevention), such as smoking in non-designated areas, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc.
    • When the guest transfers or attempts to transfer the right to stay.
    • When the guest violates these Terms and Conditions or our hotel’s usage rules.
    • When the guest falls under any other case where accommodation may be refused under the provisions of laws, regulations, or ordinances.
  2. If our hotel cancels the accommodation contract pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest shall not be entitled to a refund of the accommodation fee, except in cases where the guest falls under Items 4 and 6 of the preceding paragraph.
Article 7 (Registration of Accommodation)
  1. Guests shall register the following matters at our hotel’s reception desk or on a form prepared in advance on the Internet by our hotel’s reservation site on the day of accommodation or earlier:
    • Guest’s name, age, gender, and address
    • For foreigners (those who do not have an address in Japan), nationality and passport number
    • Departure date
    • Previous accommodation and destination
    • Other matters deemed necessary by our hotel
  2. If the guest intends to pay the charges specified in Article 11 by means other than cash, such as traveler’s checks, accommodation vouchers, or credit cards, they shall present or register such means in advance at the time of registration in the preceding paragraph.
Article 8 (Hours of Use of Guest Rooms)
  1. The time during which guests can use the rooms at our hotel is from the check-in time set by the hotel to the check-out time. However, in the case of consecutive stays, guests can use the rooms all day, excluding the arrival and departure days.
  2. The hotel may allow guests to use the rooms outside the hours specified in the previous paragraph. In this case, guests will be charged an additional fee set by the hotel.
  3. Even during the hours when guests can use the rooms according to the previous two paragraphs, the hotel may enter the rooms without prior notice to guests and take necessary measures when necessary for safety, hygiene management, or other hotel operation management reasons.
  4. In the case of the previous paragraph, guests must cooperate with the hotel or the person designated by the hotel (hereinafter referred to as “hotel-related personnel”) in entering the room and taking necessary measures. Guests may not make any claims against the hotel for any inconvenience, damage, reduction in accommodation charges, or any other reason, regardless of the name, caused by the noise, vibration, or other usage disruptions caused by the entry and necessary measures of hotel-related personnel.
  5. Guests shall bear any damage caused by their failure to cooperate as specified in the previous paragraph (including damage to the hotel).
Article 9 (Compliance with Usage Rules, etc.)
  1. Guests must follow the hotel’s usage rules while in the hotel.
  2. Guests may not allow anyone other than the registered guest to stay in the room.
  3. Guests agree that no legal rights related to residence will arise from long-term accommodation use.
  4. Guests shall not use the rooms for any purpose other than accommodation, such as business activities, offices, parties, etc., without the permission of the hotel.
  5. The following items or actions that may cause inconvenience to other guests are prohibited in the hotel:
    • Bringing or possessing dogs, cats, birds or other pets (excluding guide dogs).
    • Items that ignite or are flammable.
    • Items that emit bad odors or toxic substances.
    • Any other items prohibited by domestic laws from being possessed or used.
    • Gambling, intimidating language or behavior, actions that disturb public order or cause discomfort or annoyance to other guests (including noise) are also prohibited.
    • Moving or using provided items for purposes other than their intended use.
    • Distributing advertisements, promotional materials, selling goods, or soliciting.
Article 10 (Business Hours)
  1. The business hours of various facilities in the hotel will be announced in notices at each location and in the room usage rules.
  2. The hours in the previous paragraph may be temporarily changed in unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you by appropriate means.
Article 11 (Payment of Fees)
  1. The breakdown of the accommodation charges payable by the guest shall be as set forth in Appendix 1.
  2. The payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made by the due date designated by the hotel using a method of settlement approved by the hotel, such as Japanese yen, debit card, credit card, etc., at the location designated by the hotel (including the internet).
Article 12 (Responsibility of the Hotel)
  1. If the hotel causes damage to the guest in the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, the hotel shall compensate for the damage, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel, up to a limit of 100,000 yen. However, this shall not apply if the cause is not attributable to the hotel.
Article 13 (Treatment when the Contracted Room Cannot be Provided)
  1. If the hotel is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, the hotel shall, with the consent of the guest, arrange for accommodation at another facility under the same conditions as much as possible.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the hotel is unable to arrange for other accommodation facilities, the hotel may terminate the accommodation contract. In the event that the hotel is unable to provide the room due to a reason attributable to the hotel, the hotel shall pay compensation to the guest in accordance with the provisions set forth in Appendix 3, and the compensation shall be treated as damages.
Article 14 (Handling of Stored Items, etc.)
  1. If the guest deposits luggage or other items at the front desk or a storage location designated by the hotel, the hotel’s separate Luggage Temporary Storage Agreement shall apply.
  2. If the guest brings items, cash, or valuables into the hotel but does not deposit them at the front desk, and if the hotel causes loss, damage, etc. to such items due to intentional or negligent acts of the hotel, the hotel shall compensate for the damage. However, for items for which the guest did not disclose the type and value in advance, the hotel shall, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel, compensate for the damage up to a limit of 50,000 yen.
Article 15 (Storage of Guest’s Luggage and Personal Belongings)
  1. If the guest’s luggage arrives at the hotel prior to their stay, the hotel’s separate Luggage Temporary Storage Agreement shall apply, as if the luggage had been deposited at the front desk.
  2. If the guest’s luggage or personal belongings are left behind at the hotel after check-out, the hotel will store them for a period of 7 days, including the day they are found. If the guest does not claim the items within this period, the hotel will dispose of them. However, valuables will be promptly reported to the nearest police station after discovery, and food, magazines, and other items similar to waste will be disposed of immediately by the hotel without being stored.
  3. The hotel may inspect the contents of any left-behind luggage or personal belongings in order to properly handle them according to their nature and, if necessary, return them to the owner or process them according to the previous paragraph. The guest may not object to this.
  4. The hotel’s responsibility for the storage of the guest’s luggage or personal belongings in the cases of the first and second paragraphs shall be limited to compensation for damages up to 10,000 yen, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the hotel.
Article 16 (Guest Liability)
  1. If the hotel suffers any damages (profit, guest rooms, etc.) due to the guest’s violation of these terms and conditions or the hotel’s usage rules, or any other cause attributable to the guest, the guest shall compensate the hotel for such damages.
Article 17 (Cleaning of Guest Rooms)
  1. Guest rooms may be cleaned at any time if the guest requests and pays the cleaning fee, or if the hotel deems it necessary for facility management.
  2. In this case, the guest may not refuse that their room be cleaned.
Article 18 (Handling of Personal Information)

The hotel shall handle personal information provided by the guest appropriately.
