However, for group reservations of 10 or more rooms with check-in dates far in the future, we may ask for a deposit or advance payment.

Payment can be made at the time of booking or at check-in. Payment at check-in can be made in cash (Japanese yen only) [only available at Eslead Hotel Namba South III], credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), or using QR code payment methods.
Please note that hotels other than Eslead Hotel Namba South III are completely cashless and cannot accept cash.
